How do companies manage to turn their data into gold? Prof. Dr. Matthias Lederer, program director of the M.Sc. Business Intelligence & Data Science program, explains why one should study M.Sc. Business Intelligence & Data Science.

Bastian Nominacher
Every day we see from our customers - many of them big players in their industry - which exciting insights emerge from intelligent data analysis. In particular, our experts use process mining as a technique of data science to evaluate digital traces in IT systems. For young professionals, I see the combination of data analytics and consulting competencies as particularly target-oriented, because good data scientists have to master quantitative methods as tools of the trade - but also convince with soft skills and international experience. I am therefore looking forward to getting to know the ISM graduates.

Bastian Nominacher, Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Celonis SE
