After working in Spain and Mexico, Julia Xiong decided to study for an MBA at ISM Munich. Smartphones, skyscrapers and lots of hustle and bustle - MBA students in Hong Kong

Dortmund MBA students explored the Chinese metropolis of Hong Kong between high-tech and hustle and bustle. While the ISM students strolled through the narrow streets along the markets, they marveled at the many glass skyscrapers. “I've never seen a city like it,” says MBA student Alexander Heinze. “It was amazing: everyone there has a smartphone, even older people. Anyone who is bothered by the fact that other people spend too much time on their cell phones here should definitely not travel to Hong Kong.” In the city of contrasts, the MBA students not only went sightseeing but also attended many lectures at Hong Kong Polytech University (PolyU). During their time there, they also explored the IT and media group Bloomberg and the Chinese trading company Li & Fung.

How Can I Apply?

In order to study the MBA General Management at ISM, the university conducts an internal admissions test that tests your personality, motivation and skills. Admission to the MBA program is not restricted by a numerus clausus (NC).
