When you study the Data Science Bachelor, your studies are strongly oriented towards current industry changes and practice with consulting projects, workshops, and experienced lecturers from the business world. You will also gain initial professional experience as a data scientist during your bachelor's degree program through integrated internships with an international focus in Germany and abroad.
But what does a data scientist actually do? Data science methods can be used to optimize processes and thus help companies remain competitive and more productive. In order to prepare you for an international career as a Data Scientist, the Data Science Bachelor Program includes
- intensive language trainings with English as the lecture language as well as optional second foreign language lessons in German, French, Italian or Spanish,
- an integrated semester abroad at one of around 190 partner universities, and
- an optional second semester abroad.
