Do you aspire at a career in data science or business analytics? Then the Data Science Bachelor program is just right for you. With exciting lectures in the areas of management fundamentals (business studies & economics), teaching of basic skills (rhetoric & project management) as well as industry-specific focus points, this course provides you with a business management basis with individual focus. For example, lectures are offered in the areas of digital business, data science or software engineering.

This Data Science and Business Analytics undergraduate course provides you with the knowledge you need to become a sought-after data science specialist in national and international companies.

    7th Semester (optional)
    During the seventh semester you can optionally spend a second semester abroad (this is called the "Global Track").

    As part of your studies, you can choose from various specialization modules such as Programming & Statistical Tools, Applied Data Science, Market Analytics, Business Research or Business Applications. These specializations equip students with a comprehensive skill set in data science and analytics, tailored for business applications.

    You will also gain valuable and exciting practical experience abroad with a compulsory international semester during your studies in the fouth semester, spent at a partner university. During your studies, you are also required to complete 20 weeks of internships during semester breaks, 10 weeks of which must have an international focus. Read more about the semester abroad.
