B.Sc. International Management
As a state-recognized, non-profit university the ISM is solely financed by tuition fees.
The fees for the bachelor’s program per semester are 5,280 Euro at campus Dortmund, Cologne, Stuttgart and Berlin and 5,580 Euro at campus Frankfurt/Main, Munich and Hamburg.
The admission fee applies to international applicants that have a foreign citizenship or applicants that have not obtained their degree in Germany. Upon acceptance of a degree course place at the ISM the applicant has to pay an admission fee (deposit) of 6,000 Euro. With this payment the applicant may be eligible to receive additional services provided by the International Office prior to enrolment. The admission fee will be deducted in full from the tuition fees for the first semester in the degree course. The admission fee will be refunded in the event that the applicant proves that the visa application for a course of study at the ISM has been definitely rejected.
Once you are accepted as a student at the ISM you are required to pay enrolment fees, which amount to 600 Euro. From 2020, the enrollment fee for Non-EU-students is 1,500 Euro.
The ISM supports its international students with the allocation of scholarships – full or a partial to enable suitable students to study at the university.
Full scholarship from 1st semester: High-performing beginners can apply for a full scholarship including all tuition fees for the bachelor's program (six semesters) as well as the tuition fee for the completing bachelor's thesis. The scholarship does not contain financial support regarding accommodation, living costs, learning material, etc. Only the tuition fees for international partner universities that can be covered by the ISM’s tuition fee are covered by the scholarship.
Partial scholarship from 1st semester: This kind of scholarship covers a part of the complete tuition fees at ISM. It does not contain financial support regarding accommodation, living costs, learning material, etc.
In order to apply for the grant you have to fulfil the following criteria:
- Proof of financial need
- Full scholarship only: outstanding scholastic performance with a grade point average of 1.5 or better in the high school diploma
- Partial scholarship only: outstanding scholastic performance
- Essential extracurricular activity e.g. student associations, student council or assistant as well as outside the school in charity organizations
If you are eligible to apply, please fill out the application form. The application must be submitted from November 15th - December 15th for spring term and from May 15th - June 15th for fall semester.
