In order to guarantee a broad, balanced and relevant education and to provide students with the opportunity to establish their own networks, ISM collaborates closely with numerous companies.
This allows students to gather information first hand in order to tailor their courses and internships to suit their career goals. Conversely, companies benefit from the opportunity to assess the suitability of students during meetings, presentations, projects and work experience, while attracting and retaining potential new employees at an early stage.

Company lectures/Case studies

Regularly held company lectures cover various topics. These include, for instance, marketing, controlling and event management and are intended to illustrate to students how, from a business perspective, theoretical knowledge is applied in practical situations. The lectures are accompanied by case study seminars during which small teams of students are expected to solve specific corporate problems using the knowledge they have gained.

Career days

The career days, organized by the Career Center, enable students to gather comprehensive information at an early stage about the activities, demands and staff policies of prospective employers.
On Recruiting Day, representatives from various companies interview hand-picked final year students at the campuses in order to hire the most suitable ones prior to graduation.

Alumni network

The Career Center is the first point of contact for former students and allows graduates to take advantage of the available services and to further develop the network with other alumni, students, lecturers and ISM staff members.
